REGISTRATION & TERMS: Deposits are paid on-line at the time of registration by credit card or e-check. Please pay balance by check, or contact us to charge the card you used to pay the deposit. Deposits are NOT refundable. Due to the seasonal nature of camping there are no refunds for early departure, late arrival, dismissal, or failure to attend. Campers arriving early or staying over session dates will be charged at $150.00 per day. All fees must be paid prior to attendance. Fee includes: Laundry services, all regular activities, and up to 3 riding periods per week.
EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT: Early enrollment discounts will be automatically applied at the time of online registration.
WEB LINK DISCOUNT: Place a link to us on your commercial, academic, or other high-traffic website and we will credit you $25.00 per camper, per session. Contact us for details.
OTHER DISCOUNTS: (All shown apply to each camper) Two campers from one family: deduct $25.00 per camper, per session. Three or more campers: deduct $50.00 per camper, per session. Multiple camper discounts will automatically be applied to your cart at the time of online registration. Any family sending campers to Ballibay for five or more seasons deduct $25.00 per camper, per session. The camp office will manually apply this discount after on-line registration.
OTHER FEES: For camp store purchases you will be billed $15.00 per camper, per session (automatically added to your cart). Unused portions of the store money deposited, less $3.00/week of stay service charge, will be refunded at the end of the camper's stay. If your camper is flying in, an airport pick-up charge of $50 (group) or $95 (individual) will be applied by the camp office once we have received your itinerary.
OTHER OPTIONS: Linen Rental, NY/NJ Bus to camp (Session 1 only), and Camp T-shirts are available as part of the on-line registration form.
