We have a wonderful staff at The Farm. We attract warm, caring, talented teachers who are passionate about the arts, camping, animals, and the outdoors. Our counselors care deeply about working with children.
They have M.F.As and are working artists, or are graduate and undergraduate students in the discipline they have come to teach.
Our counselors are inquisitive, thoughtful, and willing to teach and to learn alongside the campers.
Our staff comes from all over the world: from Northeastern Pennsylvania to Canada, Japan, Australia, Europe, Africa and elsewhere. Each summer brings a diverse mix of ages, cultural backgrounds, and national traditions that our staff members gladly share with their campers.
